vaiṣṇavÄ«-ká¹›tya sannyÄsi-
mukhÄn kÄśī-nivÄsinaḥ
sanÄtanaá¹ su-saá¹ská¹›tya
prabhur nÄ«lÄdrim Ägamat

 vaiṣṇavÄ«-ká¹›tya - making into Vaiṣṇavas; sannyÄsi-mukhÄn - headed by the sannyÄsÄ«s; kÄśī-nivÄsinaḥ - the residents of VÄrÄṇasÄ«; sanÄtanam - SanÄtana GosvÄmÄ«; su-saá¹ská¹›tya - completely purifying; prabhuḥ - Lord ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu; nÄ«lÄdrim - to JagannÄtha PurÄ«; Ägamat - returned.

After converting into Vaiṣṇavas all the residents of VÄrÄṇasÄ«, who were headed by the sannyÄsÄ«s, and after completely educating and instructing SanÄtana GosvÄmÄ« there, ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu returned to JagannÄtha PurÄ«.
