ete na hy adbhutÄ vyÄdha
tavÄhiá¹sÄdayo guṇÄḥ
hari-bhaktau pravá¹›ttÄ ye
na te syuḥ para-tÄpinaḥ

 ete - all these; na - not; hi - certainly; adbhutÄḥ - wonderful; vyÄdha - O hunter; tava - your; ahiá¹sÄ-Ädayaḥ - nonviolence and others; guṇÄḥ - qualities; hari-bhaktau - in devotional service; pravá¹›ttÄḥ - engaged; ye - those who; na - not; te - they; syuḥ - are; para-tÄpinaḥ - envious of other living entities.

“ ‘O hunter, good qualities like nonviolence, which you have developed, are not very astonishing, for those engaged in the Lord’s devotional service are never inclined to give pain to others because of envy.’
