tÄá¹…ra ká¹›pÄya praÅ›na karite tÄá¹…ra Å›akti haila

 prasanna haÃ±Ä - being very pleased; prabhu - ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu; tÄá¹…re - unto him; ká¹›pÄ kaila - offered His causeless mercy; tÄá¹…ra ká¹›pÄya - by His mercy; praÅ›na karite - to inquire; tÄá¹…ra - his; Å›akti haila - there was strength.

Being pleased with SanÄtana GosvÄmÄ«, ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu bestowed His causeless mercy upon him. By the Lord’s mercy, SanÄtana GosvÄmÄ« received the spiritual strength to inquire from Him.
