 avatāra-kāle - at the time of incarnation; haya - there is; jagate - in the world; gocara - information; ei dui lakį¹£aį¹‡e - by these two characteristics, namely svarÅ«pa and taį¹­astha; keha - some persons; jānaye - know; Ä«Å›vara - the incarnation of the Supreme Lord.
