akrūrera loka - the people at Akrūra-tīrtha; āise - came; prabhure - Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; dekhite - to see; loka-bhiḍe - because of such a crowd of people; svacchande - without disturbance; nāre - was not able; kīrtana karite - to perform kīrtana.

All the people who lived near Akrūra-tīrtha came to see Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu, and due to the large crowds, the Lord could not peacefully chant the holy name.
