 yamunÄra - of the river YamunÄ; cabbiÅ›a ghÄá¹­e - in the twenty-four ghats, or bathing places; prabhu - ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu; kaila - performed; snÄna - bathing; sei vipra - that brÄhmaṇa; prabhuke - unto ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu; dekhÄya - shows; tÄ«rtha-sthÄna - the holy places of pilgrimage.

ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu bathed in the twenty-four ghats along the banks of the YamunÄ, and the brÄhmaṇa showed Him all the places of pilgrimage.

The twenty-four ghats (bathing places) along the YamunÄ are (1) Avimukta, (2) AdhirÅ«á¸ha, (3) Guhya-tÄ«rtha, (4) PrayÄga-tÄ«rtha, (5) Kanakhala-tÄ«rtha, (6) Tinduka, (7) SÅ«rya-tÄ«rtha, (8) Vaá¹­a-svÄmÄ«, (9) Dhruva-ghÄá¹­a, (10) Ṛṣi-tÄ«rtha, (11) Moká¹£a-tÄ«rtha, (12) Bodha-tÄ«rtha, (13) Gokarṇa, (14) Kṛṣṇa-gaá¹…gÄ, (15) Vaikuṇṭha, (16) Asi-kuṇá¸a, (17) Catuḥ-sÄmudrika-kÅ«pa, (18) AkrÅ«ra-tÄ«rtha, (19) YÄjñika-vipra-sthÄna, (20) KubjÄ-kÅ«pa, (21) Raá¹…ga-sthala, (22) Mañca-sthala, (23) Mallayuddha-sthÄna and (24) DaÅ›ÄÅ›vamedha.
