kulÄ«na-grÄmÄ«re kahe sammÄna kariyÄ
pratyabda Äsibe yÄtrÄya paá¹­á¹­a-á¸orÄ« lañÄ

 kulÄ«na-grÄmÄ«re - unto the inhabitants of KulÄ«na-grÄma; kahe - says; sammÄna kariyÄ - with great respect; prati-abda - each year; Äsibe - please come; yÄtrÄya - during the Ratha-yÄtrÄ festival; paá¹­á¹­a-á¸orÄ« - silken rope; laÃ±Ä - taking.

The Lord then with great respect extended an invitation to all the inhabitants of KulÄ«na-grÄma, asking them to come every year and bring silken rope to carry Lord JagannÄtha during the Ratha-yÄtrÄ festival.
