ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu said, “Although Mukunda is My friend from childhood, I nonetheless take greater pleasure in seeing you than in seeing him.â€

Purport

VÄsudeva Datta was the older brother of Mukunda Datta, who was the childhood friend of ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu. It is naturally a great pleasure to see a friend, but ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu informed VÄsudeva Datta that although it was His pleasure to see His friend, His pleasure was increased by seeing the older brother.
