bhavad-vidhÄ bhÄgavatÄs
tÄ«rthÄ«-bhÅ«tÄḥ svayaá¹ vibho
tÄ«rthÄ«-kurvanti tÄ«rthÄni
svÄntaḥ-sthena gadÄ-bhá¹›tÄ

 bhavat - your good self; vidhÄḥ - like; bhÄgavatÄḥ - devotees; tÄ«rthÄ« - as holy places of pilgrimage; bhÅ«tÄḥ - existing; svayam - themselves; vibho - O almighty one; tÄ«rthÄ«-kurvanti - make into holy places of pilgrimage; tÄ«rthÄni - the holy places; sva-antaḥ-sthena - being situated in their hearts; gadÄ-bhá¹›tÄ - by the Personality of Godhead.

“ ‘Saints of your caliber are themselves places of pilgrimage. Because of their purity, they are constant companions of the Lord, and therefore they can purify even the places of pilgrimage.’

This verse, spoken by MahÄrÄja Yudhiṣṭhira to Vidura in ÅšrÄ«mad-BhÄgavatam (1.13.10), is also quoted in the Ä€di-lÄ«lÄ (1.63).
