daive se vatsara tÄhÄá¹… giyÄchena rÅ«pa

 ei - this; Å›lokera - of the verse; artha - the meaning; jÄne - knows; ekale - alone; svarÅ«pa - SvarÅ«pa DÄmodara; daive - by chance; se vatsara - that year; tÄhÄá¹… - there; giyÄchena - went; rÅ«pa - ÅšrÄ«la RÅ«pa GosvÄmÄ«.

This verse appears to be the hankering between some ordinary boy and girl, but its actual deep meaning was known only to SvarÅ«pa DÄmodara. By chance, one year RÅ«pa GosvÄmÄ« was also present there.
