yadyapi vastutaḥ prabhura kichu nÄhi bhaya
tathÄpi laukika-lÄ«lÄ, loka-ceṣṭÄ-maya

 yadyapi - although; vastutaḥ - in fact; prabhura - of the Lord; kichu - any; nÄhi - there is not; bhaya - fear; tathÄpi - still; laukika-lÄ«lÄ - general pastimes; loka-ceṣṭÄ-maya - consisting of popular behavior.

Although ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu was ÅšrÄ« Kṛṣṇa Himself, the Supreme Lord, and was therefore not at all fearful, He still acted like a human being to teach neophytes how to act.
