tÄhÄ chÄá¸i' kara kene bhÄvukera karma
vedÄnta-paá¹hana - studying VedÄnta philosophy; dhyÄna - meditation; sannyÄsÄ«ra - of a sannyÄsÄ«; dharma - duties; tÄhÄ chÄá¸i' - giving them up; kara - You do; kene - why; bhÄvukera - of the fanatics; karma - activities.
As explained in regard to verse 41, MÄyÄvÄdÄ« sannyÄsÄ«s do not approve of chanting and dancing. PrakÄÅ›Änanda SarasvatÄ«, like SÄrvabhauma Bhaá¹á¹ÄcÄrya, misunderstood ÅšrÄ« Caitanya MahÄprabhu to be a misled young sannyÄsÄ«, and therefore he asked Him why He indulged in the association of fanatics instead of executing the duty of a sannyÄsÄ«.
