saṁsāra-sukha tomāra ha-uka vināśa
śāpa śuni' prabhura citte ha-ila ullāsa

 saṁsāra-sukha - material happiness; tomāra - Your; ha-uka - may it become; vināśa - all vanquished; Å›Äpa śuni' - hearing this curse; prabhura - of the Lord; citte - within His mind; ha-ila - there was; ullāsa - jubilation.


Text

The brāhmaṇa cursed the Lord, ā€œYou shall be bereft of all material happiness!ā€ When the Lord heard this, He felt great jubilation within Himself.
