Because RaghunÄtha dÄsa GosvÄmÄ« was an assistant to SvarÅ«pa DÄmodara, he knew much about the external and internal features of the pastimes of Lord Caitanya. Thus the two brothers RÅ«pa and SanÄtana always used to hear of this from him.
