श्रीशुक उवाच
इत्थं गीतानुभावस्तं भगवान् कपिलो मुनिः ।
अंशुमन्तमुवाचेदमनुग्राह्य धिया नृप ॥२७॥

itthaá¹ gÄ«tÄnubhÄvas taá¹
bhagavÄn kapilo muniḥ
amÅ›umantam uvÄcedam
anugrÄhya dhiyÄ ná¹›pa

 Å›rÄ«-Å›ukaḥ uvÄca - ÅšrÄ« Åšukadeva GosvÄmÄ« said; ittham - in this way; gÄ«ta-anubhÄvaḥ - whose glories are described; tam - unto Him; bhagavÄn - the Personality of Godhead; kapilaḥ - named Kapila Muni; muniḥ - the great sage; amÅ›umantam - unto AmÅ›umÄn; uvÄca - said; idam - this; anugrÄhya - being very merciful; dhiyÄ - with the path of knowledge; ná¹›pa - O King ParÄ«ká¹£it.

O King ParÄ«ká¹£it, when Aá¹Å›umÄn had glorified the Lord in this way, the great sage Kapila, the powerful incarnation of Viṣṇu, being very merciful to him, explained to him the path of knowledge.
