शूरो विदूरथादासीद् भजमानस्तु तत्सुतः ।
शिनिस्तस्मात् स्वयम्भोजो हृदिकस्तत्सुतो मतः ॥२६॥

śūro vidÅ«rathÄd ÄsÄ«d
bhajamÄnas tu tat-sutaḥ
Å›inis tasmÄt svayaá¹ bhojo
hṛdikas tat-suto mataḥ

 Å›Å«raḥ - Śūra; vidÅ«rathÄt - from VidÅ«ratha, the son of Citraratha; ÄsÄ«t - was born; bhajamÄnaḥ - BhajamÄna; tu - and; tat-sutaḥ - the son of him (Śūra); Å›iniḥ - Åšini; tasmÄt - from him; svayam - personally; bhojaḥ - the famous King Bhoja; há¹›dikaḥ - Há¹›dika; tat-sutaḥ - the son of him (Bhoja); mataḥ - is celebrated.


Text

The son of Citraratha was VidÅ«ratha, the son of VidÅ«ratha was Śūra, and his son was BhajamÄna. The son of BhajamÄna was Åšini, the son of Åšini was Bhoja, and the son of Bhoja was Há¹›dika.
