श्वफल्कश्चित्ररथश्च गान्दिन्यां च श्वफल्कतः ।
अक्रूरप्रमुखा आसन् पुत्रा द्वादश विश्रुताः ॥१५॥

śvaphalkaś citrarathaś ca
gÄndinyÄá¹ ca Å›vaphalkataḥ
akrÅ«ra-pramukhÄ Äsan
putrÄ dvÄdaÅ›a viÅ›rutÄḥ

 Å›vaphalkaḥ - Åšvaphalka; citrarathaḥ ca - and Citraratha; gÄndinyÄm - through the wife named GÄndinÄ«; ca - and; Å›vaphalkataḥ - from Åšvaphalka; akrÅ«ra - AkrÅ«ra; pramukhÄḥ - headed by; Äsan - there were; putrÄḥ - sons; dvÄdaÅ›a - twelve; viÅ›rutÄḥ - most celebrated.


Text

From Vṛṣṇi came the sons named Åšvaphalka and Citraratha. From Åšvaphalka by his wife GÄndinÄ« came AkrÅ«ra. AkrÅ«ra was the eldest, but there were twelve other sons, all of whom were most celebrated.
