anvamodanta - accepted; tat - that statement predicting the birth of a son; viÅ›vedevÄḥ - the ViÅ›vedeva demigods; pitaraḥ - the PitÄs or forefathers; eva - indeed; ca - also; Å›aibyÄ - the wife of JyÄmagha; garbham - pregnancy; adhÄt - conceived; kÄle - in due course of time; kumÄram - a son; suá¹£uve - gave birth to; Å›ubham - very auspicious; saḥ - that son; vidarbhaḥ - Vidarbha; iti - thus; proktaḥ - was well known; upayeme - later married; snuá¹£Äm - who was accepted as daughter-in-law; satÄ«m - very chaste girl.
