तेषां तु षट्प्रधानानां पृथुश्रवस आत्मजः ।

 teá¹£Äm - out of so many sons; tu - but; á¹£aá¹­ pradhÄnÄnÄm - of whom there were six foremost sons; pá¹›thuÅ›ravasaḥ - of Pá¹›thuÅ›ravÄ; Ätmajaḥ - the son; dharmaḥ - Dharma; nÄma - by the name; uÅ›anÄ - UÅ›anÄ; tasya - his; hayamedha-Å›atasya - of one hundred aÅ›vamedha sacrifices; yÄá¹­ - he was the performer.

Among these many sons, six were the foremost, such as Pá¹›thuÅ›ravÄ and Pá¹›thukÄ«rti. The son of Pá¹›thuÅ›ravÄ was known as Dharma, and his son was known as UÅ›anÄ. UÅ›anÄ was the performer of one hundred horse sacrifices.
