पितुः कायेन सन्धाय शिर आदाय बर्हिषि ।
सर्वदेवमयं देवमात्मानमयजन्मखैः ॥२०॥

Å›ira ÄdÄya barhiá¹£i
sarva-deva-mayaá¹ devam
ÄtmÄnam ayajan makhaiḥ

 pituḥ - of his father; kÄyena - with the body; sandhÄya - joining; Å›iraḥ - the head; ÄdÄya - keeping; barhiá¹£i - upon kuÅ›a grass; sarva-deva-mayam - the all-pervading Supreme Personality of Godhead, the master of all the demigods; devam - Lord VÄsudeva; ÄtmÄnam - who is present everywhere as the Supersoul; ayajat - he worshiped; makhaiḥ - by offering sacrifices.

Thereafter, ParaÅ›urÄma joined his father’s head to the dead body and placed the whole body and head upon kuÅ›a grass. By offering sacrifices, he began to worship Lord VÄsudeva, who is the all-pervading Supersoul of all the demigods and of every living entity.
